Prices for 2024

Short breaks are available in mid and low season and occasionally in high season. They generally run Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri, although we try to be as flexible as possible.

We have a minimum 3 night charge and although some guests are only able to stay for two nights, it gives them the flexibility to leave later on the third day.

Extra guests can be accommodated in both barns.

Cothill Barn can sleep 8 - 10 guests + 2 babies. If needed, it has a double sofa bed in the snug/5th bedroom or up to 2 children's guest beds are available.

The snug is separate from the sitting room, so provides a private space for a 5th bedroom.

The Stable can sleep 4 - 6  guests + a baby.  The shepherd's hut, situated between two oaks in the garden has a double bed for the additional 2 guests or a child's guest bed is available for use in The Stable itself. It is fully insulated and has it's own little log burner, so is cosy all year round.  It cannot be booked independently form The Stable, as it shares facilities.

Both barns can be rented

together to accommodate

between 12 and 16 guests.

Babies:

Cots (including bedding) and high chairs are provided free of charge.

Dogs:

Up to 2 dogs are welcome in each barn and a large dog bed, bowls, towels and treats are provided.  Dogs are charged at £30 / £20 per dog for a week / short break.

What's included?

All bed linen and towels are provided, along with heating when needed and an initial supply of logs for the wood burners or garden fire pits. Some home made goodies are also included, plus basics such as cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, loo rolls, tea, coffee, olive oil, etc.

Both barns have a selection of books, local walk suggestions, board games, dvds.
